St George Hotel Rochester-Chatham - Chatham (Kent)

Great hotel with great wi-fi, free parking, and a cute bar area. The staff were helpful when serving my elderly parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience.

The rooms for included breakfast. Ideal and handy location for our visit to Fort Amherst within a close distance from the hotel.

The venue's position was central.

The hotel was pleasant, it had a good and ideal location so close to the centre of Rochester and Chatham within moderate walking distance, numerous pubs, restuarants and other eateries and Rochester Castle and Cathedral. Furthermore, very near Chatham train station. The staff seemed supper friendly, they made our stay a very relaxing experience.

The unit we got was quiet with updated bathroom and decaf tea.

Fairly clean place with amiable and attentive staff and astonishing view of Rochester Castle and Cathedral. Airy and bright room with comfy bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. Tasty food and warm drinks. Unbeatable location to St Nicholas.

Unexpected surprise in a small room

Woke up to a charming view of the river. The staff greeted us warmly at check-in.

Unfortunately, the walls felt thin, and I could hear conversations from neighboring rooms, which interrupted my sleep a few times during the night.

great central base for exploring history and parks

I loved how the Pentagon Shopping Centre was just a few steps away. I appreciated the fine views across the river with a scenic backdrop for my city strolls around Chatham.

An Really good Stay with Personal Touches

The complimentary breakfast featured a scrumptious full English that really kickstarted my day. For a relaxing evening, the cozy onsite bar was perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring Chatham.

The rooms have beautiful river views, and the on-site restaurant is perfect for a cozy evening with a diverse menu. The bar ambiance is a great spot to unwind, and the service was great throughout our stay.

The room had a tv and complimentary toiletries. A nice view of the Medway River. It was clean and cozy, with heating and a comfortable bed. The staff were super friendly, and breakfast included various options like hot cooked dishes. Free parking was a huge plus, and it was easy to get to the nearby attractions.

Solo traveler convenience

The staff here really go above and beyond to. I walked in, and they remembered my name as if we were old pals. The WiFi was solid, excellent in some places you stay these days. The location was clutch for getting to the high street fast.

It wasn't cheap, but for what you get, it's still acceptable.

Nice views of the river from the room and it's close to the golf course. My room felt a bit outdated and the shower setup was inconvenient.
